Engage & Engage for Leaders
My role: Lead UX/UI Designer on PeopleInsights. I am responsible for all UX across Engage & Engage for Leaders.
What we do: The PeopleInsights team for Engage and Engage for Leaders. My work has been dedicated to building a product that empowers leaders and enables action through data and science to engage, retain and grow associates and their managers. I have been leading the design of two products since Winter of 2021.
Engage: This is a product designed to help foster team relationships by providing conversational prompts to managers of large teams in the operations space, impacting hundreds of thousands of people.
Engage for Leaders: An expansion upon the original Engage product, I have helped to research, conceptualize and build a coaching platform for managers of managers. We hope to support the development of strong leaders across organizations. Launching June 30th, 2022.
Who I get to work with: The PeopleInsight team is a collaborative group of Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Development Engineers, Support Engineers, Data Scientists, Economists, Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers.
